OUR RETURN POLICY AND PROCESS

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item.

The majority of returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a SPI Styles gift card. Gift cards will be emailed to your registered email address. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.
 
All items returned must be in original condition (including all packaging, and accessories). All items must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed.

If you received items ordered online that were received damaged, defective, or incorrect, you will need to contact customer service at customercare@spistyles in order to receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Note:  In many areas Saturday and Sunday delivery may be available.  If weekend delivery is available to your destination, you will be notified via text or email message.  Delivery estimates for shipments to destinations that don't have weekend delivery are based on two business day transit times, not including Saturday or Sunday

About Customs, Duties Taxes

When ordering from Spistyles.com, you're responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination.

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination.  Orders shipped outside of the United States, may be subject to import taxes, custom duties and fees levied by the destination country.  The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country.  Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; SPI Styles has no control over these charges, nor can SPI Styles predict what they may be.

Customs office in some countries or regions require the importer of record to provide a particular form of identification before releasing a shipment.  You may be required to provide an identification number such as a unique identification number, cpf, or tax id.
